Awesome and easy to get around recommend it

Not intuitively built making the user experience lousy. For what I thought was a quick and easy transport solution was challenging, confusing and expensive. Would happily provide more detailed feedback to app creator if interested

I got the 24 hour pass with 2 rides included, unlocked a scooter and the scooter had a red light requiring repairs. This wasn’t prompted on the app. I had to find another scooter and unlock that one. Using both of my rides. When I contacted customer service, they didn’t respond until a few days later, and they offered me a 30 min ride days after I contacted them, Im already leaving the country. When I told them the compensation is useless, they gave me a 10 minute free ride code. Customer service was useless. Customer service should be more prompt considering it’s a time sensitive service.

So easy to use the app and a great way to get around. They are everywhere as well.

Terrible user experience and product. Consistently buggy. I recommend using any other micro mobility service before downloading this.

Easy to use, good gear and especially helpful since the unit recharges the phone and shows parking areas . Well done

I am visiting Paris and came across MANY scooter parking stations whilst touring around the city. And so, I downloaded the Dott app and so far I've rode three times and it's been so fun! My brother and I have gone riding around the city and it's very convenient and cheap fun. Would love to see this back in Sydney and totally recommend to everyone to at least give it a try! I also especially love the deals that come with daily streak rides, including an extra 1£ and discounts. Parkings are everywhere and the scooter is easy to learn. Thank you Dott!

I ended my ride and pressed finish, then 55 minutes later the app was still charging me. Lucky I checked

J’ai ratée un bus alors que j’avais 30min d’avance juste car il y a nul pars où garée votre trottinette. J’ai fais 6 parking différent avant de tomber sur un qui était acceptée

On m’a coupé mon trajet en plein milieu et prélevé 15€ en plus du prix du trajet, quand on essaye de contacter le SAV déjà on se prend chat bot automatique et en plus il nous met en contact avec personne!!! Bien déçu de la fiabilité du produit alors que j’étais un client régulier
