Horrible customer service
I have used this app for months and was loving it. However last week it randomly started saying I had used up my free tasks and needed to upgrade to a paid version to continue. The problem is that I had already paid this month ( just like I have paid EVERY MONTH) so I tried restarting the app- logging in and out- and messaging their “live chat” during their stated open hours with no reply for over a week now. I then thought maybe it’s a glitch and so I clicked the thing to upgrade thinking it would maybe say that I was still in my already paid for month/ but no- instead it changed my card TWICE MORE!!! So I have paid three times this month. Emailed customer service multiple times. Messaged their live chat with ZERO reply multiple times. And I’m honestly so disappointed because it’s messing with my ability to DO MY JOB. Maybe if they see this they will find the time to reply to me.
