App doesn’t create a new user

Максимально поганий додаток.Тормозить жахливо,геолокація не точна,прослушка так і не знайшла. Входить в аккаунт з 50 разу

If you are having trouble unable to connect to the device - we did, too. Found the reason after a lot of troubleshooting. Most probably, that’s because somebody has already connected their smartphone to the watch (previous owner or at a store for a test). You gotta find the person and ask them to transfer the connection to you. (We found the only unknown phone number saved on the device, and that was the person). The app’s problem, of course, is that it explains none of it. After trying to connect, I just got the message, “Thanks, wait for confirmation.”

Почему приложение не видит часы( подключает по коду но невозможно добавить контакты в часы, или написать сообщение . Часы после перезагрузок приложения и самих часов так и не отобразились ..

Что происходит? Открывая приложение, просто белый экран. Помогите решить проблему… Купила часы детям. В итоге ни связи с ними, ни трекинга… What's going on? Таких разработчиков не нужно пускать со своими «приложениями» все гипермаркет плохо. Не качайте эту муть+1 жалоба.

Айфон 6, скачали приложение, не можем в него вообще зайти. Нажимаем на иконку приложения и все, не загружается, вылетает
