You have to pay to get more than one or 2 matches per session and can’t find the option to refund even when following the instructions it gives you the refund option isn’t there

Had a screen full of matches I couldn’t view - decided to buy 1 month membership, it charged me THREE TIMES the amount and wiped the matches screen. There is also no obvious way to cancel the subscription.
