Почему нет звука на видео после обновлени я 10 на айпаде

Вылетает после загрузки и при входе в файл,за что деньги платить?! И добавьте проигрыватель с эквалайзером.

Скачиваю mp3 файл и прога вылетает после чего не заходит в файлы сразу вылетает.
