App doesn’t work and it is trying to charge me double when I just paid full price for yearly subscription on the 25th. I received payment subscription confirmation and it will not work

Yo this app a scam i paid the lifetime thing and it keeps on saying error when I copied and paste the link.
Keep getting error
So I even agreed to the monthly payment and it one keeps going back for me to pay despite the 3 day trial then when the countdown is done .. I get an error pop up message. No contact info … I do not want to keep getting charged when I can’t even use this app!

I purchased this app for $9.00 and it doesn’t work and they won’t refund my money!
Initially worked great… but no more
I have been using this app for months to download tiktok videos without the watermark and it’s been great. Paid for it. Recommended to a few friends who also bought it. And after a social media break for a couple months I went to use it again and now it won’t work: the link pasted link spins for a while / then I get an “error… please retry” message: this has been happening for a week now and same issue with all the video links I try. Yes the app is updated on my phone so I don’t know what the issue is and now need to look for something else.

Not working properly, and taking forever to load the actual video for it to save.
A great app
This app is very easy to work. I love the way I can put instagram images on the app and it makes it look so cool and real. I recommend this app to anyone.
