Description
Downwell is a curious game about a young boy venturing down a well in search of untold treasures with only his Gunboots to protect him. Make your way further and further down into the darkness filled with nasty creatures and mysterious secrets to collect the spectacular red gems scattered about the rocks. Step into precariously placed shops and buy some helpful items or level up between levels to battle well-dwelling monsters and uncover hidden caves filled with riches and relics. No two trips down the well are ever the same!

Simple yet hardcore gameplay!
Simple mechanics, unforgiving but a whole lot of fun!
This game has been getting rave reviews and I can see why. Don't let the simple graphics fool you. The game is pretty simple but its quite deep. My small complaint would be the controls. I frequently mix up left and right. Nevertheless this game is highly recommended!

I'm hesitant to buy this game but when I played it I never stop playing. The game is simple but very fun.

Great take on classic platforming themes. Pretty much a love letter to that era of gaming.
FIX THE CONTROLS
This is one of the best arcade games ever made, but if i can’t rely on the control buttons to work, it makes the game almost unplayable! If one finger gets too close to the edge of the screen, the buttons stop responding! C’mon, we paid for this app, just fix it, please!

Without a vertical mode, what’s the point? Devs let me hold my switch sideways but won’t give me a vertical arcade style mode on my iPhone or iPad? Refund plz, ill go back to my switch. Bieeee
