Abilities that regenerate health do not work at all. There is a small white bar under the health that never goes above one. You clip into a lot of enemies right after your invincibility ends, when in other cases you can stomp and enemy from below somehow. Fun game, but I got all the unlocks in a day. Also why are there pallets with only 2 colors? It’s like a secret hidden difficulty with some of them lol.

I’m bad at games and still having a blast. This little shooter is spectacular. Seriously, devs, allow me to *chef’s kiss*, show my appreciation. Cheers!

If you are a enjoyer of this game, complimenting it to be the best $3 you’ve ever spent, you are alright settling for mid. This game is not good, extremely repetitive and the input delay just adds to everything. Honestly i’ve had this game for years since it was free, and would always be in edge to write a review as such. But recently, in addition to it being not free, i’ve noticed these problems the most which prompted me to write this. Mobs in game are either the easiest counter of all time (all you have to do to kill is jump on them), or they are the most annoying ones (piss missiles coming from every direction, some not even killable by stomping on them which is hilarious as those are the ones that spawn under you, or attacking you from above which literally leaves you with no options but to lose a life).

I’ve been playing for a while now and the game is pretty good but I have a few issues 1. Not enough upgrades After you play a few times you’ve seen all the upgrades and it makes the game kinda stale :( 2. Too hard I’ve only gotten to the second area only once in my time playing the game, I think the game would be better if there was more of a more graudual difficulty increase..

The game is incredible, but the orange color if the app icon looks ugly. I know it’s an apple arcade thing, but it would look so much better if it was either a border around the original black icon or the character was orange instead of the background.

I would love to play this game on my phone but there is no way to mute the sound effects or have any control over in game volume. So I cannot listen to anything else on my phone while I play, which I am always doing.

It’s fun to see what all the upgrades are and inside the new enemies and especially the different styles and color patterns. It’s just I love the stereo of you. You just be some random guy and you’ll just like you just look down a well and then with gun boots on and I thought it was funny but good game I like the game a little wonky if you haven’t seen it, but I have to say again I did write a essay on the game

Down well is one of my favorite indie games of all time but the lack of controller support and a landscape option hinders this port for me.
