Doximity

When I open the AI features in the Doximity app, it shows chat GPT, answers, and letters. It does not give me the option to click the scribe tool. I can open it on my laptop, but need the iPhone part to actually dictate patient notes. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling, and logging out and back in again. Any help?

Doximity is a vehicle that permits me to connect with my patients off hours from any location without revealing my location or telephone number. It has became essential to the care of my patients. In addition I have greatly enjoyed the scientific information Doximity provides.

Very useful dialer without allowing patients to see your phone number. Excellent one way text ing and faxing features. I will highly recommend all physicians to use.

I am medical director and a volunteer with a Michigan charitable care clinic providing free medical care to area residents without health insurance. Doximity Dialer was a game changer for us during the pandemic. We were able to maintain continuity with with our patients via virtual visits. Even now, in the Covid 19 endemic phase it’s extremely helpful. Most of our patients are working poor and depend on our services to keep going. Doximity is an important part of that care. I especially appreciate how Doximity continues to innovate and seek new solutions to the challenges that medical professionals face. The AI powered ask a question and letter writing functionality is amazing and quite helpful. The ability to network with other professionals builds collegiality. The news articles provide important info you don’t easily find elsewhere in your news feed. You make this challenging job easier. Thanks for all you do, and keep up the great work!

I have had most success with this format compared to the other available resources. Very simple to do for older pts. Able to send messages after visit and sometimes place calls with it too. Would like this to be compatible with the androids/ Samsung phones as some ots unable to connect if not on i phones

Recently, the Answers tool stopped working and always returning an error message no matter what question you input, even if you try out the sample queries. Doximity GPT is still working, though, but Answers has been very useful until now. Logging in and out, restarting, rebooting and uninstalling/re-installing the app were tried but without any success. Update: Answers tool working again. Great job, Doximity team!
