Is Dozens free?

I use Dozens for quite a large part of my personal finances. The reviews here are disproportionately negative & I am surprised Dozens haven’t taken more steps to clear out those which appear unauthentic. The app is a work in progress but it has a unique approach to budgeting - integrated with a bias towards saving & investing rather than spending & borrowing. There is a big market for a current account provider like Dozens & I am happy to champion them. The customer service is also prompt and clear, which makes sense given the size of the customer base. In the top two of app based current account providers in my book.
Account unavailable
I tried to open an account online, a member of staff emailed me to send some documentation which I did and sent proof of address etc but after that I am unable to log into app. It keeps saying account unavailable. No response has been emailed to me concerning my registration, what does that mean?
Terrible app, awful service
Invasive and slow customer service, inexplicable delays to transactions and poor quality application. The inadequate bank. Choose Monzo instead.

Open my card back in lockdown after a few days they blocked my card told me they’ll send the £300 remaining in the account , now they are not replying to my emails , this will not go away I will keep emailing yous till I get my money back

Broken App
I have been using dozens for months now. But it’s been more than a month that the app started crashing unexpected especially during login with FaceID and passcode.
I very disappointed they still haven’t managed to fix this.

Edit: When asked for any reason for the account closure, you refused to provide any answer at all. What am I supposed to think given the timing of the closure and the nature of your inquisition?

Got this account to invest in the 5% fixed bonds. Unfortunately almost never available and very much a “blink and you’ll miss it” situation. I even had a grand in there on standby just in case it should ever have become available.
Last year I took a trip to Pakistan, and used of the card to make fee free purchases / withdrawals whilst over there. Shortly afterwards I started getting repeatedly contacted by their customer services department who all kept making inquiries about my background? I am white/British, born in the north west and have lived in England all my life, I can only imagine how an actual minority from a non-standard background might feel when faced with such overt racist harassment.
They later closed my account with no warning, no communication and have not yet, to my knowledge, returned my balance at the time (£5).

Great app that does basically what it says, keep you money safe and growing through healthy habits, looking forward to new features released as I feel Iike a lot more could be done with this platform
Shame it has such a low rating, specially by looking at the 1 star reviews seems basically fraudulent account bullying the company into doing something for them...
Guess pretty common in the fintech world but would urge the dozens team to ask your customers for in app ratings requests (like Monzo / revolut etc did) so the true view of customers (such as myself) is shown in your score, not sure why you haven’t done it yet
