Many folk think following a Whole Food Plant Based diet is about what you CAN’T eat but if you eat everything on the Daily Dozen checklist you will be so full of good healthy food you will never be hungry and in no time at all will have learned some good healthy habits.
This is a great app which I use nearly every day. However, the latest update has changed the rollover date. It used to be a fresh screen every morning but now doesn't refresh until nearly lunchtime. I realise that in New Zealand we are many hours ahead of USA but it used to work well before the latest update. Can someone please rectify? Happy New Year
Dr Greger is a wealth of information and my go-to source to check on the healthfulness of a food. This app is simple but encourages healthy eating choices. I find myself skipping ‘junk food’ to eat a healthy option and be able to check off another item on the list. The biggest help for me though is reminding me to eat a variety of foods throughout the day.
Fantastic tool to have. I would like to be able to add a few extra items on the daily serves for my bone health

This is an awesome little reminder that lets me know that I’m getting all the key food groups in everyday. Realised that I wasn’t eating enough leafy greens. Also a good reminder to take my daily B12 and D3 supplements.
I am a doctor myself and appreciate the care and thought Dr. McGregor puts into his videos and posts, and now this app which helps make sure we do the best we can each day for our health. Thanks!
