I visited the hospital today. Outstanding service, Pediatric doctor is very efficient. Dispense medication in few minutes from Nahdi pharmacy. This is first time and will visit again

I recently had the privilege of visiting Dr. Mohammad Al Fagih Hospital and I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude for the outstanding service provided during my time there. From the moment I arrived, I was met with professionalism, care, and efficiency at every step especially in Obstetrics and Gynaecology and Paediatrics. The staff in the OPD were incredibly attentive, ensuring my comfort throughout the process. It is clear that DMFH is committed to delivering high-quality healthcare with a personal touch. Please convey my appreciation to the entire team for their hard work and dedication. Thank you for upholding such high standards in patient care. I will certainly recommend DMFH to others.

The worst app ever, it didn’t give me the OTP so I can access to my medical prescription!! Imagine when you are away from the hospital branch and the call center agent ask you to come to get your prescription!!!

تطبيق فاشل بمعنى الكلمة بل وجوده من عدمه سَواء، لا يمكن معرفة جدول الاطباء للحجز ولا معرفة نتائج التحاليل والاشعة لذا تضطر الذهاب للمستشفى لمعرفة هذه المعلومات، أعتقد سيتسبب ((((بخسارة)))) للمستشفى، أقترح على المطورين مراجعة تطبيقات المستشفيات الاخرى لمعرفة كيف الطريقة الصحيحة لتطوير التطبيقات واقتراح على الادارة لمتابعة التطبيق والظاهر الكل غير مدرك ذلك.
