I signed up in the app with all my details then signed in, When im about to check out again i have to fill all my details Then when i tried to track my order its telling me that im not registered so i have to register again with the registered email address 😂😂😂 Then i tried to reach out the customer service team and they are weird more than the app it self, They are not robots but they are acting like robots They have a script to say but they dont have a single answer for your question and this only i was tracking my order because the tracking link also is not working 😂😂😂😂 First and last Not recommended at all

Bad update Doesn’t connect to scale they make you buy If you used the app before the update then they deleted all your records and you lose all your recorded progress Horrible and uneducated customer customer support team When asked about my weight history and why I can’t find it after 2.5years of dieting and tracking- the response was “i have no clue” Shameful and will report them to apple store and play store for review
