The Grind And Difficulty
When i saw this game on the app store for the first time,i thought “Wow! A Breakout Rougelite with infinite combinations and a silly artstyle! What an original idea,and the advertising doesn’t seem to be cheesy! This must be good.” Then,i started playing,had crazy amounts of fun killing enemies and discovering new upgrades,then discovered the existence of evolutions which made me immeasurably excited for what this game has in store,and then i discovered the energy mechanic,the insane spike in difficulty after the first world,the obvious manipulative strategies to keep the player coming back to the game,the insane grind to level up in any way,the unexpected small amount of upgrades and then… It just all fell apart. I stopped having fun,got extremely disappointed since i had high hopes for this game,and uninstalled. I got to 4-1 and then got bored. Sorry,but i have to give this a 4/10. The potential this game has is awesome,and i’m sad to see it get dumped down the drain. So please,fix your game.
