這款遊戲我覺得很不錯，但是我買了330的禮包第一次因為遊戲閃退沒有拿到任何禮包商品，因而重複購買第二次，購買正常，但是卻被重複扣了兩次款項，跟app store申訴卻說我不符合退款資格，請問客服有辦法解決嗎？
