The most creative and skillful introduction to math that I have ever seen. It’s fun even when you know how alegraba works because it takes time to understand what’s going on - how it applies to math. But once you do, you will be blown away by the cleverness of this game.
The instructions are so minimal that it is impossible to understand the point. I could figure it out through trial and error but still have no idea what the “game” is and what math concepts are being taught.
I purchased this app and I am afraid it is quite tough to crack the code of algebra. I was hoping my kid to get a good head start on algebra - but I ended up scratching my head. I am trying to get a refund on the 6$ I paid for this so called app - but don’t find a way to do it. I might as well stop buying apps on phone .
Can’t recommend this game highly enough. The design is brilliant, the interface is fun, and the method of teaching is solid. My third grader played through it over a few days, and we play to review play periodically to keep the skills in mind. Well worth buying. Just got the geometry game to play next, and my younger kids love the numbers one.

Dumb
I was taking a Johns Hopkins mathematics course and not really understanding algebra. I have had this app for such a long time, but I never realized how useful it could be! It really helped me get through a relatively tough year in math.
In addition to being very cute, the problems are so well structured your child will be able to infer the rules. The teaching is incredibly effective. If your kid gets stuck have them try the level again from the first problem. If that doesn’t work there are a series of walk through videos on YouTube.
My son really seemed to like this game, then after level 3 decided to “change his avatar”. Oh the sadness when he realized this actually reset him back to the beginning of the game. Very disappointing.
Not sure what’s up w this. We downloaded a game that was supposed to have math and it is an app for 3 yr olds moving shapes around? My 9 yr old and I are very disappointed. Game review = LAME.
