When agreeing to the terms when you first download the app, be sure to read the fine print. The amount of personal data it is always collecting is insane. I’ve been with the company for a decade across various roles, and if I wasn’t able to use a store phone and had to download this app onto my own personal device I would not hesitate to walk out then and there.

The address is on the order but this app sends just the street name to my mapping app. I still have to take time entering addresses manually. Make the buttons to check off items to be dispatched larger, please.

My god I thought the original system was bad but holy cow this takes the trophy. Please Flynn go back to NPC system was so much better

This app requires “always” location on to work for your shift, the problem is it keeps tracking location even when app is closed and not even scheduled for a shift, door dash also requires always on location but it doesn’t track when its not needed. This app kills battery life and it’s annoying disabling tracking on and off each shift, I turn it off as soon as I leave my shift cause it just drains my battery for no reason.

This app uses up 50% of my battery. Runs while youre not on the clock too. Ive started to just delete the app and reinstall whenever my shift starts. What a terrible app.

As a delivery driver, I’m all for anything that will make our jobs easier. This app is not it. It does not properly map to deliveries. I have to open up my maps app and type in where I’m going. Yes I’ve updated my app and my OS. Been an issue for months. Tips… there is no tracking of tips. Every other delivery service keeps track of all credit card tips you make during a shift. This app does not. Us drivers would appreciate being to see what we made throughout the shift. This is probably just a request for me but I would like to keep track of the address I delivered to on a shift and the time marked delivered in case there are any issues. P

I work at Pizza Hut and they changed our delivery system to this app. Ever since that happened everything has gotten worse. It crashes my phone multiple times and that rarely happened before it. It sends you on doubles and triples that make absolutely no sense and when you correct it, it will still do it. It drains my phone battery SO FAST. Nothing about this app has made delivering any easier and made things more difficult. If I could rate this app lower I would. Sure it could have potential but right now it’s nowhere close to functioning. Doesn’t make sense why Pizza Hut would change from a perfectly fine system to this awful app. Hope things get much much better!

Complete dog crap. I could close my eyes and sneeze out a better functioning app than this. Crashes constantly and I mean 7+ times over the course of a single shift.

I do not like having to sit in the parking lot and try to remember the house number to enter in the map so I can accurately find the house I'm trying to hurry up and deliver pizza to. The same thing in between deliveries if I have two in a row. It definitely needs to stop logging in and out randomly, as that is super annoying.

Honestly the shortest app I’ve seen should be burned and not reused crashes every night and definitely can’t get a actual smart support team member
