Useless waste of storage. Non-functional from a coach standpoint

This has to be the worst app, I have. I can not access my card or anything else on this app. It has been down for while. Please Ga go back to the old way or give us something else.

App is utterly useless. I am a coach in Alabama, and cannot get the app to function in even its most basic purpose. I’m in my 30s. I understand iPhone apps just fine. But regardless of how many times I sign in and out, update, delete and re-download, it doesn’t matter. The app is so riddled with bugs that it has become completely useless. DragonFly, figure out how to make your product work, or you will have a coaches mutiny as everyone pressures AHSAA to drop you.

The new app is useless. When you contact support all you get is it’s coming soon or no response at all. The old app has been phased out. Other than player name nothing else is accessible on the new app. We are 4 months into the sports season and still no new functioning app. Disappointing.

Would rate it zero stars if possible. Why they would discontinue service to an older app and replace it with another one that is not ready to handle eligibility requirements is mind boggling. Dragonfly has been a headache for parents and coaches for years who have been forced to use this program as their state’s eligibility requirement. They must have a great lobbying team filling the pockets of state decision makers who opt to make this their platform. I’m really not surprised this has been a failure just like the previous version. Their website is also known to have many flaws. Complain to your state officials so we can make this go away for good.

I am using dragonfly for a middle school athletic program. But I can’t pull my school up because im not in the North Carolina high school athletic association. My high school pulls up. But not the middle school. When I search for my school.

The app will allow me to login and that’s it. Done everything like restart, delete reinstall etc. you name it I’ve done it. Tech says no problem on their end so basically tough luck. Can’t use my AAA pass because it’s digital in the App which doesn’t work!!! Very Frustrated!!

Font to light and small. Can’t filter by number.. not sure who thought this was a good idea.

In typical fashion with this horrible app, something is broken. Now the keyboard doesn’t work. It would be fantastic if this required app for being a high school coach, at-least functioned every other blue moon.

I can’t get any further than the login screen. Once I login the screen goes blank.
