The delivery is very slow. The items in the app is not updated according to its availability. Anyways prompt costumer service but quite confusing sometimes.

The worst app ever

Absolutely terrible from start to finish. Don’t have the goods you order in stock and then customer service doesn’t have a clue what to do and don’t care about resolving issues. Pay a little more and go somewhere else.

I ordered and received wrong item. I emailed them but never had a response from them. Never try to order here. Waste of money

Sellers will post an item, but when it arrived, you'll receive different version.

Do Not buy anything from this application They are sending worse quality then they will accept to refund your money I just ordered leaser light when I received and check it’s not working then I applied return, as usual Chinese company attitude they stated to play , I forgot my money in the end because they made me tired

Placed an order and after the delivery date passed, I received an email saying that "they are trying to arrange" the item. However, after another two days, the item got cancelled. At the time of ordering, there were plenty of items showing in stock, indicating that their system is not properly managing inventory and delivery. This has been the worst market place experience I have ever had.

I regret to say that it is the worst online shopping program. I bought a product from them, and the delivery was delayed for 5 days, after which I received a call that the product was not available, and I was not compensated for anything, and a request for a refund took 14 days, which led to depriving me of my money for a period of three weeks
