I was using DragonPass for almost a year, as part of my services with Regus. The service and the invoicing in general is bad and impossible to understand, but the app, the app is the worse. It never works, no matter if you have full wifi speed or 4G signal, always says no signal and you cannot use it for anything, you have to search for the lounges on the web. I will uninstall the app and stop using the DragonPass service, switching to a competitor.
