Good game but after a while it’s pay to win

Of course you make the game worse than it was. You people can’t leave anything alone. Now it’s harder to access certain features. Suppose a new player enters the game and has NO EARTHLY IDEA how to get to the grotto or even what the grotto is. No tournament listing, just an orange stick. You people just keep ruining the game. IF IT AIN’T BROKE, DON’T FIX IT!!!!! I’m missing expeditions because of your stupid change!!!!!

App crashing

Checked for update, reset and redownloaded . Still unable to access game.

Realm Merger

Now You refuse to Open my alliance to allow my alliance members into the alliance on Gibia, because You added 309 to the end of my Alliance Name and now it’s too long! Sending you my information and screenshots hasn’t fixed my problem! Now either I stay alone in my level 4 alliance, or drop it and we have to wait until we can get enough to start a new Alliance Base! Small as we are, this will take a long time! Seems that you don’t care!!

Until Recently

Until recently I have played Dragons of ATLANTIS for several years and enjoyed the game. While trying to get the game situated on my new iPad I inadvertently deleted it. I had just moved my location, so didn’t even know where it was in the 750x750 square field. I did provide more than a sufficient amount of information to prove my ownership, but they refused to restore my account. There was a value of more than $50.00 in rubes to purchase goods with that was also lost.

I lost my main account

I love this game I played it so long I worked hard on my main account but now I can’t get back into my account I had to make a new one I played this game a long time at least 9 years or 10 I can’t remember

Fix your bugs

Please fix your bugs before releasing new software. This game is 10 years old, why does it still have software bugs? Did you guys fire your testers. Did you not have a program owner who checks for bugs. HIRE SOFTWARE TESTERS!!!!!

Meh

I only keep playing because of the friends I have made. This game is one of a kind. A lot of content to work through. It is about 90% pay to play. I have spent so much money on this game….but with people that sell accounts, hack the game, and mods act like they can do whatever, it is almost pointless. Drop rates for gens are low, ruby exchange rate are in favor of Deca making the most money, events are pay to play, so it’s just a vicious cycle. Banning is the favorite thing when developers do not get their way. It’s sad. What about the players who give them a job? LISTEN TO WHAT THE PLAYERS WANT.

Eventually a Dead End

Eventually a pay-to-win situation comes out of this game. My suggestion would be to make a paid subscription, like War of Dragons, where a player can pay a certain amount every month for special perks like rubies and building queues. Other than that, this game ultimately ends on its own if you’re not looking to spend any money for it, and honestly it’s not worth spending money for anyway.

Hard to contact you guys… need game support

In dragons of Atlantis, I build my raiding army and their load is at 8.xxx.xxx but when selecting that group to match, their load is only 5.xxx.xxx. I have a picture but reviews don’t allow them. Please get back to me! Thanks!!!
