Нет соединения а интернет хороший, что делать?

Здравствуйте, у меня пишет что нет соединения, хотя интернет есть и очень хороший В чем проблема?

Глюк не дает нажать на кнопку в начале игры

Зашел в игру начал играть потом когда хотел обновить ратушу вылетела игра зашел обратно и мне по инструкции в магазин кинула а там я не могу купить казарму из за того что ратуша не обновлена

Огорчён тем что на миссий в замершем острове нужно открыть сумку и достать карту.но при открытий этой карты ничего не происходит миссия застряла исправьте пожалуйста.плевать на графику самое главное что миссий без косяков проходятся(
