Since the new update two days ago, I have been constantly kicked from my team and the site keeps spinning as it is trying to load. Needs to be fixed asap please.

It’s starting to lag. Stops loading then kicks you out. It also won’t give you your rewards from the shipments or will show an incoming shipment that needs certain things but when it shows up it’s totally different.

Firstly I want to say that I truly do love this game, it’s fun and all their islands and quests are extremely entertaining! It’ll keep you busy for hours BUT I just really, really dislike how they make you spend all your hard earned energy + gems that you've been busy saving up on their outrageous 2/2 & 3/3 levels that they throw at you at every corner of the game! They do this so you will spend as much of u’r own money on them they’re really persistent about this cause they constantly pop-up their pricey energy bundle ads at you like every time you touch anything 🤦🏻‍♀️ What’s funny to me is they put 175% off the original prices of their energy/gem bundles so it seems like you’re getting this great, amazing deal but in reality it’s not true at all cause that’s the original price to begin with!! Yes, you will find this game fun and interesting but at the same time please be wary of over spending your hard earned money on it. Because they want you to buy something from them. You can play the game w/o spending that’s a definite! Play & have fun cautiously is all I gotta say ;)

Pigs having sex to have so many babies is kinda sick ads. I used to play this game but not sure if I want to anymore after seeing that.

I’ve been playing for about a month. I really like the game. But for the past 3 days the game is frozen!!! The dragons are flying around but when I tap on anything nothing happens 😩🫣 And I know it’s the game because none of my other games are doing this. Please fix asap!!!

The game is not what you see when they advertise once it’s downloaded

This game is not what it seems. I saw an add and it was with tiles. If the tile had a country it would go to you but if it had an emoji it would go to the other person or your partner. I download the game since it seems fun. But when I download it’s literally nothing alike it has a mini game but it’s not even with tiles and you can only play a mini game for every level! If you do want a tile game though I would recommend tile push.

I’ve had this game now for almost 36 hours. Love so much about it that it’s hard to list them all. The first 6 hours I couldn’t put it down. There’s just so much to do that you can just keep playing even after you use up your energy (which doesn’t take long to build back up like most games). I do have a major issue with it though. You can click on treasure chests, balloons, little critter dots, and many other things to watch an ad and earn energy or items needed for completing tasks. So many ways to get more energy. My issue is that when I first downloaded this, I could watch and earn so much just watching the ads. Now it’s a different story. With Every single opportunity to watch an ad I click on - I sit through the entire ad. At the end of the ad the ‘X’ shows up in the right hand corner and I click on it. Then the App Store box appears and I click on the ‘Done’ button. The final ‘X’ appears again and the game freezes. I mean locks up and I have to close out of the game completely. I’ve waited a good amount of time thinking it just didn’t open right. Try it again and it happens again. This has been going on now for the past 14 hours. I have deleted the app - waiting an hour before reloading it - and it still happens. Now I’ve deleted this game at least 7 times since first downloading it. I’ve sent my issues to “Support & Help”, but so far haven’t heard anything yet. Even filled out their survey and let them know that way. Just really super disappointed because I was so pleasantly surprised at how much I was enjoying myself. Will hang on just a little bit longer in case Support responds. If not then I’ll go back to my Sudoku.
