I have concluded this list of ads that cause the shutdown, Sea of conquest, Royal match, Fishdom, Travel town and Frozen city, maybe more but this are the ones that i encounter 9.5/10 times game shut down after watching the ad. Highly recommend to remove them, and also ads that have forward clicks to the next page, it will also shutdown the game. I can hardly enjoy the game without the frustration of restarting the it dozens of times without the prize after watching just because there is a forward button to the next page.

app is great but keeps crashing after watching ads

Into the Greenhouse keep crashing and rebooting itself while collecting cash or other activities, especially after watch advertisements. Please fix it.

I am so disappointed with the way you run your ads in the app. The app disconnects me as the ad has run its course but doesn’t give me my reward, making me have to restart my phone and rewatch another ad to get my already earned reward. Is this how you do things? Thank god I spent not a single cent on this damn game.

It takes forever to load and get into the game

Recently, i changed my phone, but my game center cannot be used. So, I used facebook to link my account to my new phone. However, the facebook needs google play and i am on an iphone which i cannot sownload google play. Please can i reach out to anyone to get my old island back?

Crashes every few ckicks

Is there a need to force the player to buy things that the player does not want in the first place. If they do not purchase the item, they could not proceed with the game at all. All these years, your side never use this kind of tactic to the player, I am not sure who is the one who came up with this plan. This is so disappointing.

Hi Deca, this is a really good game but I found out that there is a glitch where this lady gives me 99 Gold and asks me to go to the building shop to buy a building. However, I’ve already bought all the buildings and when I try to leave the building shop, it wouldn’t allow me to. When I try to relog or delete and download the app back, it would still do the same thing. Thank you for your time to read this and I hope u patch it.
