dragy Connect

Have 2 dragys, neither work, won’t connect. Ones brand new.

I can open the app and connect the device but it won’t allow me to make an account just spins and spins and spins and never does anything not cool with how hyped up these are

Clear sky and open view and always shows low stats. I had the drg69 and thought maybe it was outdated so I bought the new drg70c and still has the same issue

Always says low stats! There’s no satellite! Just bought the device and never got to use it once!

Not well thought out, not a lout of thought out into features, no way to pause once it’s connected. All history is stored locally.so uninstall and lose it all. Displays an annoying advertisement splash screen every time you run it despite the fact you paid for the hardware already. Hardware was even worse,was the new drg70 and it took 2-5 minutes to get any satellite lock at all and would NEVER go to two bars for me. Returned it for being defective. Great concept, poor execution

iOS 12 is still officially supported according to App Store description, but the app crashes on launch as of the latest release. Hope this gets fixed as this is a great use of an older device.

What’s wrong with these devs.

I bought the Dragy to create videos showing the 0-60 and 1/4 mile time in the video. The app does not work. When I open the camera I receive an error code and it’s frozen. Unsure if I can even return the item but very disappointed.

Won’t allow me to share my times.. when I hit share it just keep spinning and doesn’t load the next page.

Come on guys, we all spent a lot of money on a fairly simple device.. at least get the app optimized. No video exports, can’t add a vehicle to my garage, endless load screens.. the app should be the easiest thing to get right with this device
