Draiver for Drivers

This company has their favorites my husband worked 5 years for this company as a hiker in Chicago Illinois and they hired new workers and the new workers made friendships with the dispatchers and they send the jobs directly to them in blue color, specifically the ones for Ford motor. They ignored my husband who has worked years for this company shame on the dispatchers and the company they don’t care for their hard workers that helped them move these cars when nobody wanted to work for drivers before, and worked long shift hours.

This is a mock app.

Very good app. Things have its advantages one being you can work when you want and decline when your busy. It’s over saturated in some areas but not in others. What may help is a map of the US or somthing showing trips. This way we can explore and move fast

Edit: Developer claims the app has been thoroughly tested and that my issue has been resolved. If it was throughly test why does the issue persist even after your response? Mind you, this is just one of many issues that causes the app to crash. The user experience is horrible. New update is a disaster. If you click the my money page the app goes black you can’t do anything. Bring back Draiver Legacy. This isn’t functional.

The Draiver app is not dependable. It maybe working properly then all the sudden you find that notifications are not coming. I have installed my Draiver Driver app and uninstalled on 4 different devices multiple different times and they all are not working properly. The Notification Test is not working and when you press “My Money”the screen goes blank and stays this way until you reset the app. With this being said, I am pretty sure if there is any work available I can not see it. What a disappointment. The option to just simply be a dedicated responsible worker under this platform is not available. Most times I get a great paying trip they cancel it. Then later I will find they gave it to some coupled drivers that is favored. And YES, support is simply an information collector. If you are having issues you will not get too many suggestions from them. Also company gossip circulation is your only means of getting information. I have been cheated with what is to be paid many times. If I write the times they changed my expected payment and explain it will be like writing a book. If only the app would work properly and whoever gave the ticket could direct you or speak for you in unplanned situations. I have wasted many times showing up to be disappointed like truck battery is dead and I need to wait 1-3 hours for the parts and replacement to happen. When I ask support for suggestions they tell me it is to be considered a dry trip. Then they only pay me 1/5 of payment when they pay older drivers with longer experience on the platform 1/2 the listing price. I would usually wait but to wait 1-3hours for a battery for a truck that you are to drive 10 hours to deliver and fly back this is crazy. I guess my rest and safety is not Draiver’s concern.

Cannot even log in on the beta app. Cant see the trips on the old app. Getting all sort of text notification for jobs but the garbage apps dont work. They say 2 days someone will contact you back but Nobody contacts you back after escalating when you check back on your issue after 2 weeks and they dont even have record of who has contacted them. Opened 2 tickets and another ticket 4 days ago and nobody contacted still even tho someone is supposed to contact within 48 hours.

Draiver seems to favor some drivers by skipping the app. The support is a joke, and they leave you without information you really need- like stopping for inspection and keeping logs when driving a certain sized truck. This is a good idea for a company, but they fail in so many ways- and the app is pretty much a mirror of the company.
