Genres wont load. Search bar wont accept searches

There is no way of contacting the support through the app, but I can no longer log into my account. I have tried resetting the password and uninstalling and reinstalling. Please help!!

I love this app and what you are doing for the future of audio drama…but the scrubbing feature rarely works. If I want to go back a minute, the play-point will jump back to some arbitrary section and not allow me to move forward…I have to re-listen to a chunk of the story all over again. This is especially frustrating on longer shows because that might mean a 20 minute jump. :-(

This is a must-have, must-support app for lovers of audio drama. While it seems like a relatively new platform, it definitely has potential.

The stories are very good (i would rate5) but the app is terrible for anyone with vision disabilities. In fact it could not have been *designed* to be worse if they had tried. it frustrates me so much to not be able to make an informed selection. i just tap a blob and hope it will be a story that I will lock/the one that I started listening to yesterday. Actually I plan to start contacting the story producers about this problem. They should know how awful this app is for the disabled.

This is a very interesting and promising app, but the developers did not bother to see if it works with voiceover and the latest iPhone software. I am able to see what the different genres are, but when I tap on them to open, then the screen is blank. I am less than turn off, voiceover and tap on the screen, and then, when I turn it back on, it is truly a random chance whether I have selected a show or not. I hope this it issue can be addressed.

Keeps erroring out says can’t verify me?!?

While I enjoy the stories, I'm unable to save a series and return when I can. Waste a lot of time searching for series and trying to remember where I left off. I hope paid accounts receive better service. Do not recommend free with ads subscription.
