Great app, easy to use and the doctors are amazing. Great solution for people like me who don't like visiting doctors in person.

I’ve been using this app for more than a year now. I can’t emphasise enough what an overall wellness experience it has been. Be it the feeling of safety to consult from the comfort of your home, the simplified features, the option to share videos& photos for evaluation or the prompt support from Customer Care Team. Special thanks to Nadine at this point(from my personal experience.)

I used to call the Drapp team in lebanon many times but they didn’t answer! So I don’t know when someone face a problem with the system while payment who can help ! So if we have an urgent case we should wait them to respond! Bad service !!
