انگشت اشاره (سبابه) خود را روی دوربین و فلش قرار دهید. سعی کنید به مدت حدود ۳۰ ثانیه انگشت خود را ثابت نگه دارید.
این برنامه میتواند با دقت نسبتا خوبی ضربان قلب شما را از طریق پالس های قابل مشاهده در نوک انگشت شما محاسبه کند.
نمودار پالس های مشاهده شده در حین اندازه گیری در این برنامه ترسیم میشود.
همچنین می توانید سابقه اندازه گیری هایتان را در صفحه اندازه گیری ها مشاهده کنید.
ضربان قلب اندازه گیری شده به طور خودکار در بخش سلامتی اپل (Apple Health) ذخیره میشود.
در صفحه راهنما، تعداد ضربان قلب در حالت استراحت را مشاهده کنید.
