The inter face is confusing and hard to use plus you cant really tell where the recordings wre from

Have the paid Pro version and it worked fine for a year, now it won’t record anymore! The record setting won’t even set. First and last time I pay for an app. How do you contact this company?
Had this app for years, never A problem until Now, just stop working CORRECTLY! Situation: Press record, Instruct me that it will record in 30 minutes, fall asleep wake up no recordings, the app stated that it will record if it here sounds, either I have stop snoring all of a sudden or it’s not recording at all
App only records for 2 hours without upgrading to the pro version.
