It’s a too good robot. Fulfilling floor cleaning as we expected. I can suggest this to others. My another suggestion to the Dreamehome team that take necessary steps for the accessories easily available online with a reasonable price so that everyone can get it.

I purchased it recently. Excellent performance, easy to assemble and operative . Effective vacuum cleaner

The app is extremely user-friendly. It has a lot of extra features. I also liked the virtual walls and no zones, but you should have an option to skip a room during cleaning. I want to skip the room in which the dock is there, especially for Cleaning, but that is not an option the app. Please bring an update to fix that.

This is the second robot vacuum mop I have bought. First I had Xiaomi 2 pro. It was also good but I wanted something more powerful and with auto mop pad washing features. WHICH BRAND TO SELECT: After a thorough research I liked Dreame & Ecovacs. Since only a few of my friends had such high end robots, I could get only 2 trust worthy reviews on Ecovacs. Both said it had app issues & more expensive than dreame. So I decided to go with dreame. WHICH MODEL OF DREAME: In India there are 2 models. L10s ultra (Rs.69,999) and L10s PRO ultra (79,999). For just additional 10k. we get 3 additional features. 1. 7000 pa suction power 2. Side mop extended feature 3. Hot water mop pad washing. So I opted the Pro model. It is frequently out of stock. So just keep checking constantly. You will get within a week. PROS: 1. It is cheaper than other brands with auto emptying and auto mop pad washing features. 2. The obstacle avoidance is mind blowing. Except for wires, it avoids most of the things. See my attached video to see how closely it moves throgh the obstacles without even touching it. 3. The mop extend feature provides 3 options. The “high frequency” mode is the best. 4. Both “deep clean” and “clean genius” modes are amazing. I use both on alternate days to get the best out of it. 5. It has a feature to auto clean the dock. We still have to use a brush but it cleans well in 30 secs. CONS: 1. Many have concerns about the service as it is new to India. They responded pretty well over phone to all my queries. They said that the service is currently provided from Delhi. They will pick up and drop the product but they are also building service center in many states ( including Chennai). So I think it shld not be an issue. 2. Currently Dust bags and mop pads are available online. So earlier the non availability was seen as a concern. (also don’t bother about buying new dust bags. We are Indians. We know jugaad 😊 ). Just empty the bag into a dust bin or use a vacuum cleaner to suck it out and reuse it. TIPS & TRICKS: 1. Please do not add any cleaning solution except for the company prescribed product. It will definitely clog the pipes and you will need a service. It can do amazing cleaning with plain water. If you are very particular about adding a cleaning solution, then spray it on the floor before the mop cycle. 2. Use dreame app instead of Xiaomi app. It is better. 3. Though it auto cleans the pads, definitely wash it in the washing machine atleast once in a week 4

One of the best robovac in the market at this price range, esp for India. Just schedule the cleaning and let it do its job. The app UI is the best. The best feature is the remote camera, you can whats going on in your house and where its cleaning.

Very bad after sells service. The robot stopped docking after a week. Tried to reach the person who had come for demonstration. He is s not even responding. Very bad after sells.

I have been using this amazing product for a week now , easy to use and maintain. Value for money.

Need some improvement.After setup scheduled Cleaning,Multiple Floor Map not Changing automatically according to the schedule.we need to switch map every day and every time before schedule cleaning starts.Fix this is Issue as soon as possible.and for ios 18 home kit support.
