Goods are too expensive, check : Facturated prices are very different compared to Paid prices. Free AKA 0 Shipping cost is unacceptable mainly by some countries in law for Duty fee counts - Included shipping cost would work great. My first and last order on DL. Order transported Via DHL.

Returns possible but not easy. Poor customer service. Over priced, low quality clothing and accessories.

Took two weeks to get confirmation of order. Took my money, said it would be shipped when they had product. 5 week delivery time.

Not responsive and app is confusing. First page shows order has shipped and second page shows sold out. I can’t get a reply either on email or phone I guess put it down as fraud I got scammed dammit

The dresslily app works great! It’s super easy to shop, scroll, and wishlist items. Maybe a little too easy 😅 The app is intuitive to navigate and use; I tend to prefer shopping on my dual monitors but when I want to lay down on the couch and peruse the latest sale items, the app is great!

I’ve loved every piece I’ve gotten but lately I’ve been experiencing some issues when trying to checkout. I have all products I want but as soon as I go to “place order” it doesn’t register. I’ve deleted and redownloaded the app but I hope it works.

Should of gotten 70.00 in refunds cause I didn’t get a large shirt or the matching pants but they don’t refund 🤬

I have ordered 3 times from DressLilly and it has been a great experience. Will order more in the future as well

I was hesitant to order the first time, but I’m glad I did. I got some really cute things for a low price. The quality is surprisingly good and they have reviews with pictures from other shoppers. The shipping took between a week and two. You just have to pay attention to the size charts is all.

Ordered a dress waited 7 days for tracking to update only to find out from them directly that the dress was supposedly sold out!!!! It sure was available when I bought it!!!!! Now the whole disappointing wait begins … smdh… never again and possibly a lawsuit for fraud!!!!!!!
