I have I phone it won’t let me log in because the number pad is in the way of the log in button and it won’t go away. Horrible

This CRM does not address where most deals come from. Service and repeat customers. The service endless todo’s and no monthly calendar is just plain poor programming. It is said this was created by a car guy. Well he wasn’t a good one. I am Adding to my review after having this CRM for a month it has only Gotten worse not better. It is difficult to desk, hard to meter a trade in. Just the worst CRM I have ever used.

BY FAR THE WORST CRM IVE EVER USED! TODAY IVE RECEIVED 30+ NOTIFICATIONS ON THE SAME EMAIL. IM GOING TO DELETE THE APP.

Could be better with license scanning you have a tiny barcode to scan on the license and it takes forever for it to scan. Also manually creating tasks, eleads created tasks for us automatically. We work with a ton of propel on a day to day basis it would be nice to look at your platform and have my daily tasks already laid out and ready to be actioned. Respectfully, Steven Vaughn

Would rather cut my head off than use this CRM.

Sometimes weird stuff happens. But overall very helpful app as far as car sales. Easy to use, manage, understand, self explanatory, and very helpful in terms of keeping the pipeline running.

Between customer support, or having a system that is simple and easy for a guy like me to understand. It is perfect, and it is super adaptable which is also AWESOME!

I been to multiple dealerships and this seems to be the best CRM I have used. I recommend it everywhere I go. Simple and easy to use.

When my manager prints a worksheet it cannot be forwarded by me creates an email xtra step.
