Drivu - your drive thru orders

Been using the application for years . Major disappointment was the fact that app keeps tracking you after you close the app (thanks to iPhone notifying me of this ). Second disappointment is After restoring my phone I’m not able to login I forgot the username and password reset couldn’t send email to my account , been trying all day and seem will stop use the app until reset password works or another reset happens with plate numbers . I will not create new account and cannot reach support .

Excellent app and idea, the only thing i hate about it that it forces you to always allow location tracking, and even when not using the app, the app keeps tracking your location. Very suspicious

After updating my phone to new iPhone few days ago, when I place the order and complete the payment then the map directions to the shop is not working until I reach near the shop and enter the green area. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled it however the problem still persist. It’s very annoying to not have an means to communicate and report such issues.

تطبيق رائع جداً وفكرته روعة تسلم الأيادي. 👏🏻 إن شاء الله يستمر، ويتطور على طول. 😍 طبعاً فكرة إنك تحط رقم سيارتك ويكون في دائرة خضراء توقف فيها، وإن أصحاب المطعم ايونك ويعرفون انك وصلت بدون ما تكلمهم، كلها مميزات جداً جميلة، والخيارات اللي موجودة في البرنامج حلوة، وأكيد نتريى إضافات أكثر، بس في اقتراح أتمنى تطبيقه: يكون في فلتر حسب المسافة، يرتب تسلسل المطاعم حسب مسافتها من موقعنا.

You don’t have the option to cancel your order even if it took one hour waiting. Another thing you can’t use the app if you don’t give full access to location. While it’s enough to give access to location while using the app.

Should have a place to complaint and refund. I ordered few times and they miss something which I didn’t know till i was very far. Tried to call the coffee and no answer. There should be a place to complaint after ordering

Love the app and the idea. The time to destination is very inaccurate. Locations that show 2 mins away are at times 25 minutes away without traffic when opened on Google maps. Idk if it was just me or there is no option to open the location on Google maps from the app once the order is placed. A coffee shop in Ajman is not listed on Google maps. It did exist however I was unable to open the location on Google maps from the app. The existing navigation is a little inconvenient as it was unable to account for the traffic and other information.

Absolutely life changing way of ordering coffee and food!

I suggets to add a rating after each order, there are so many comments on cafes due to orders. It would help the cafes to do better.
