Please stop messing with the App, each update causes more and more problems. Now I can't even open the App. Force closes as soon as FaceID comes up. Paying over AU$120 a year for this service and it's just become totally worthless. Clearly the developer has no idea and is not listening to their Paid subscribers.

Nothing worse than no communication in a good signal area. Nothing wrong with the drone module its just the stupid unreliable app. No point in having an alarm if theres no communication to my phone telling me whats going on. FIX THIS APP i didnt pay 3 years for nothing.😡 There is nothing wrong with the in car setup the problem is in the 2g to 3g upgrade. After talking with my supplier over here in Australia they have found that the free replacement modules to help with the 2g to 3g network change over weren't working so they refitted the old modules & said that DroneMobile will probably do a software update to fix the problem. Lets hope this is done soon & is the fix we are looking for. NOTHING WRONG WITH THE CELLULAR SIGNAL IN MY AREA OR MY VEHICLE COMMUNICATING ITS THE DRONEMOBILE APP THATS AT FAULT.

Excellent update. This is the best. Great being able to start, unlock and lock your car from your phone and watch. Excellent work Drone team.

FYI you now need to press and hold the start/stop button unlike before ...I was wondering why it won’t start until I realised.

This product is expensive to purchase and have installed. I am disappointed on two fronts: - DroneMobile does not detect the car is locked when advanced keyless entry is used (walk-away locking). The app reports the car as unlocked even though it isn’t. Unless you lock the vehicle yourself, the app incorrectly shows the status of the vehicle. To remote start with the remote I need to lock the vehicle with the remote, so it becomes four-presses. - Despite being parked in a good reception area, the app is regularly unable to connect and simply gives an error “Something went wrong”. This app is unreliable and I regret spending the near $1500.

Expensive annual subscription, poor support service only communication by emails. We have been experiencing technical connectivity issue for long time and support has reported that is due to network around the area. Not when it’s been poor connections for months and months. Vehicle is always moving and there is no reason why drone should address this issue with the cell carrier direct, as the SIM card is supplied by their dealer and it is their responsible to ensure that services does work as they are charging you annual subscription fee. We have multiple units and we feel that we are not getting the service and connectivity we suppose to get for the subscription and we demanded a refund of the subscription and request was ignored. We believe the problem rely on the drone unit DR3300 itself that is capable only to work on 2G network towers, they are now improving to 3G capable drone, but only willing to issue one if there is fresh subscription. They should always issue their upgraded drones to any customers that has the older drone, as this will retain and the subscription or business with them! Anyway, I have ask one for mine as I just renewed my subscription and guess what have not heard back from them or neither receive the upgraded unit they promised. I can honestly say how and what I have experienced with drone mobile. For some of you that only using it as remote start features and etc, yes they have cool functions but I dont think they are looking after they existing customers that well and their support service is poor.

Drone mobile has been a nightmare to deal with and plagued with issues since first day of purchase in August of 2017. I have helplessly tried contacting the retailer and drone mobile (Bryan Park) for a resolution or compensation for my issues to no avail with emails constantly going nowhere. Last email from Bryan was 1 week ago with my subscription ending next week absolutely terrible customer service. Would not recommend their products to anyone!!
