Sounds amazing

These worked terrific for me. I had recorded several songs in garage band. The GB loops just sounded bland. These gave the songs a great “real” feeling. Are there better drum loops that are more realistic? I can’t think of any in an easy to use app for ten bucks.

Unexpectedly Few useful loops for “1000”

Good sounds, but precious few useful ones.

Great App!

If you need a click track but want something fun and sounds good, this is your app. Great drum sounds and variations of sound and tempo. I find it much more fun to play with when practicing. My only problem to the developers is that the 6/8 and shuffle bpm's are too fast. There needs to be options for a slower tempo.

Awesome app!

I think this is a great app for any musician looking to polish their chops without having to hire a real drummer or leave your home to do so. Loops sound great and tons of variety! Would recommend this to other musicians looking for something to write their music over and feel the groove while doing so.

No longer works

I have been using Drum Loops HD with Auria Pro and GarageBand IOS for quite awhile, just added HD 2. I wrote with a question about the sound today, got a quick reply and some help. Good stuff.

As Advertised!

I've been making music on iOS devices since 2010, and this is still the only acoustic drum loop app that suits my needs. You can mix and match the different styles as the kits sound the same in each genre. Effects can be added in other apps like MultiTrack DAW and Auria for variation. The drums were mic'd and recorded well; again, they sound great. I think the $10 price tag is fair for what you get. Love it!

It's ok.

I love that this program is compatible with raw recording, but the beats leave a lot to be desired. The pop/rock beats are the run of the mill 4/4 crap. They put waaaaaayyyy more effort into the Jazz section than anything else. Which is fine if that is your thing. I love the idea behind this app, but they should get a better rock drummer.

Good but missing

Jeepsandjets on

Liked the light version so did the upgrade. But figured with all the amount of loops would find some 3/4 time stamps Waltz tempos but no. So only 3 stars. The 6/8 just don't cut it.
