Needing Update !!! Will not connect.

DS-2000 s is worthless since they updated

Since the update has occurred the device no longer connects with Bluetooth. I’d say JB Industries needs to hire better software engineers to correct this issue. I’m sure we’re not the only two having problems connecting. Can’t even return to an earlier version, or that worked before.

NOT CONNECTING!

Once updated it will no longer connect to my device. This thing quickly turned completely useless. A fix needs to be made immediately! I spent a lot of money on my scale fully expecting it to work all the time!

No blue tooth connection

Hello just bought this scale. Thought it was time as well to update my phone to Apple so I did. Scale will not connect to app I have an I phone 11. I read other reviews that no one else can connect either so I have a total investment of $1,400 between phone and my new scale and unable to preform weighing refrigerant charges what can we do here? Scale will not connect to iPhone after having the scale for 1.5 years.

Seriously finish the APP

You guys left off a home button and a zero scale button. Without those necessary functions the scale is useless. Thank god I have an android phone I was able to use that app. Until this app is updated properly and AT LEAST TESTED. 1 star all day long. Fix this it has been a week.
