DS Download Manager Reviews

Best Download Manager for Diskstation NAS’es.

Developer listens to feedback and it’s actively being developed. With per file start/resume it’s got everything you would want from a DS Get replacement.

Top app

Smeij on

Netherlands

Super app, ontwikkelaar die luistert naar zijn gebruikers, snel reageert en aanpassingen doet. Niets anders dan lof!

Request timed out

Bert Bollen on

Netherlands

Tried it 5 times, but wont connect. Have the otp and user/pass correct and tried both ip and quickconnect. It keeps giving me “time out requests” and “Could not connect to server”. I am on the wifi of the same network as my NAS. I even tried https/http and used the correct portnumbers.

Works great

Using this app for some days now, no big problems just some minor things I messaged the dev about, same evening he worked on it, friendly also. Worth the money.

Thanks for all the updates

This app has been great. It seems the developer is actively making the app better every week.

Great

Works fine with my DiskStation (DS216j). Totally worth the money.

Nice app

Happy with the app, works fine.

Doesn’t work with deviating port numbers

FatalZero on

I’ve changed my port numbers configuration on my Synology DSM for obvious security reasons. However this app doesn’t work in that case. Both tested on internal and external addresses, networks with both SSL and unsecured connection. Absolute bummer.
