The app is a great interface. A few problems. It didn’t save user name and password for quick log in, this would be a great time saving bonus in emergency situations. When entering username and password on the first attempt it says incorrect details then press enter again and it signs you in.
Just downloaded the App onto my brand new IPhone 11 with the latest iOS and it won’t launch at all. Worked fine on my old iPhone
Kicks me out constantly. Now says; ‘the specified user does not exist’. Now I cannot login at all
Constant issues
App is great but doesn’t always send notifications and has no sound when it does. If you don’t check you phone you can miss out on important information because of this.
Often quits, currently not compatible with iOS 13
This app update was very much needed for our high end controllers!
