The app is buggy, slow, inadequate and outdated. Constant crashes and outages plague the poor experience it offers. I’m genuinely amazed that a financial institution allows their users and services to be so poor and unreliable. I won’t even mention the bad flows, confusing UI and lack of functionality. The other app they have is also a disaster and it is beyond my comprehension why they have two apps which don’t work well and don’t work well together.

When are you going to fix it it almost never works from the first time I have to restart several times to do a simple thing

The navigation of this app is very confusing. The chosen UI is not mobile friendly, some of the buttons and functionality are broken. Most of the features don’t even make sense. I’ve had horrible experience every time I had to use the app, I’m sure most of the positive content are written by bots or staff because there is no way someone actually thinks this app is usable.

The app has a clear and user friendly UI. It’s not cluttered with options. I can quickly log in and do a transaction. The app has sometimes issues which are mainly due to maintenance I think. It has downtimes but it is rarely. I’m overall satisfied as I’ve used foreign bank apps as well so this one is pretty good in comparison.

Really pleased with DSK, very easy to pay bills online and to create payment transfers. Fantastic customer service when required too.

Easy to use and fast sending money.

Не знам кой е правил UI-а но това е отвъд всякакви норми и правила. Бих се редял на опашка с часове вместо да ползвам този апп. Изглежда все едно е приложение от 1999. Не ползва пръстови отпечатъци нито лицево разпознаване. Отнема адски много време докато разбереш как да си провериш баланса или да направиш транзакция. Моля ви, това приложение има нужа от радикални промени. Вижте други приложения на банки. Това е несериозно !
