Canon M3 is not working :(
I got this app for the intervalometer. You have to turn off private address for the app to even connect then when you get to the intervalometer it doesn’t even let you choose infinite photos option and the highest number is only 48. Between each photo being taken it’s super slow to load.
Huge disappointment.
The Camera can only connect to your phone if you’re connected to the same WiFi; which is pointless unless you’re shooting timelapses inside your own house. You cannot connect this app to your camera using the WiFi connection feature built in to Canon Cameras - which makes the entire app useless.
I don’t know what all of the other reviews are saying. This app works perfectly on my Rebel T7. Thanks for a great app! I had to do a bit of messing around and found that for each WiFi setting on the camera, you can only use one app, so for the first setting, I had connected it to the official Canon app and it wasn’t working. I had to make a second setting to connect to this app. Other than that, the only other thing is that you can’t change shutter speed, aperture, etc from within the app, I would suggest adding this.
Doesn’t connect to camera (canon 7ti). No instructions or settings, and the support page is BS. Worthless.
