Cancel Subscription
I’m unable to cancel subscription and delete my account. There is no option in the app nor the website to stop subscription. There is also no contact number or email to reach out to them. Too many problems with this app.

I have NOT yet heard from any administration about an approval since 2021. 😒
Not ready for release
May I suggest removing this app until it’s ready for release and turning the web version back on. I’m not requesting a refund just to support the effort. How does one cancel renewal?

Hello! Great idea and UI. However, the app doesn’t load and hasn’t been loading after I log in for over a month. Additionally, if you are having a problem with a brother/sister ratio on the app, I suggest waiving the fee for men to incentivize more of use to use your app.
