Terrible app
Accepts my payment method on your website but not in the app. There’s no excuse for that. Fix it
Outage restored
It would be nice if there was a way to report that power has returned after reporting an outage. Otherwise I love that you can report from the app that we don’t have power.

New map is a downgrade
NEW MAP “UPGRADE” IMPACTS PUBLIC SAFETY SUPPORT! Please bring back the old color swatches, if just as an option! We provide support for emergency services. This map used to be a tool we could quickly use to prioritize our dispatches to places we knew power wasn’t the issue to resolve 911, police, fire communications quickly. We can’t rely on this map anymore. Zooming into the address on a map doesn’t accurately show power outage unless you happen to get close enough to the “color swatch”. Maybe I can’t explain it, but new style was a downgrade. We appreciate all that DTE linemen, tree trimmers, emergency workers do, but this new map is a downgrade. 2 stars, since bill pay and report outage are great features.
Not up to date
I used to think this was convenient but have learned Outage map is always incorrect and not in sync with real life. One would think that with about 11 outages this year they could at least have the decency to have the app work since they do not seem to be able to have the power work Still not updated
Can’t open the app
The app is down smh
Waste of time
The app is only as good as the people on the other end providing updates and DTE is horrible at accurate updates.
What is the point
Why make an app no one can use?! I have an account and every time I try to sign in, nothing. This may as well be the equivalent of the McDonald’s ice cream machine is always busted
