DTN: Ag Weather Tools

Used the trial and decided to pay for the annual subscription. The upgrade loaded fine and the app functioned as expected until I closed it and reopened the app. Then the message said my subscription expired and I need to resubscribe. I deleted the app and reloaded it. Nothing. I checked my receipts and yes, I had a paid receipt. I contacted DTN. Nothing but a canned email saying how wonderful I am. At this point, I cannot recommend this app.

I have had this app for almost 10 years and is mediocre at best. Seems to crash a lot and in the last month places my location in Nebraska. Radar is above average for accuracy and forecast usually is pretty good. This app would be much better if the forecast section auto updated without having to switch location and it didn’t log you out.

Crashes often, does not always work, does not always tell you how much it rained, struggles to load information when it does work, called dtn and struggle to get someone to look at the problem, when they do it is a hassle to get it fixed, not long till another problem arises

It is very slow to update the forecasts. It can take up to a week for it to load a current forecast. The only good part is the radar.

This app is just OK. Have had it for over six years and seems temperamental when not connected to excellent Internet. Often lags or crashes and needs to be reloaded. Wish DTN would come out with a newer version that is more reliable and faster

Won’t send push notification. Not worth a crap. And judging by the ratings, you don’t care.

I really enjoy your app. It’s very informative especially when it comes to gardening. You offer a good amount of information. Where it comes to the gauge if you could include the drought index. I can understand that would be a tough job. People like farmers & tree farmers would understand that number. As would some of your app users like myself. I was doing some reading and I would be interested in some classes & seminars. Have a great day and I look forward to using your app even more.

Have used this app for weather for a couple years now. Everything is layed out nice and easy to navigate. Just could use a little updating.

Paid yearly subscription worked a few weeks fine then made me pay another subscription can’t call or reach anyone for help you sure can pay though anytimetotal BS Fraud if u ask me. App weather works good other than w it decides to cut u off and charge u again I need reimbursing immediately if not sooner any help out there.

After I loaded this app it took me a few days to find all the features. Very accurate forecasts. But it says in app purchases, so I was disappointed when (after a free trial period) the app stops functioning and asks you for a $16.99 subscription to continue to use it! It would have been nice to know that up front! Too bad they don’t offer a lower price (or free) option for basic information, then add-ons for more features
