This app is not working not opening up what is going on
App Not working
This app has great potential but it’s riddled with millions of flaws. The user experience is not fluent at all. I’m hoping this app was tested before release because it seems it wasn’t. Login journey is now more difficult for existing users to go through. Adding a phone number is does not allow for adding the required digits for Irish line. UI was redesigned at the expense of UX. Please check these things and release a fix
Absolutely mess of an app
You have outdone yourself by turning a perfectly good app into a ridiculously incomprehensible one. Why on earth did you add Wallet nonsense? Everything now looks dodgy AF. 1 star is a star too many cos I give anything less.

Good app and good customer service
I have been using this bank and app to receive my wages and send money and all i can say is its a good one.. and the company should keep it up with their good standard i hope it get to be a proper high street bank sooner❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Only works for sending money
You can only add GBP to convert to another currency and send. You can’t receive any other currency in the account or I haven’t figured out how.
Disappointed
Never worked. Press updates, it takes you to Apple Store, press open, it takes you to same update message. Absolute useless and a waste of times I have visited and tried to update for days now, if only I can access the account but unable to as the update message blocked the screen. Now I can move/use other money service since this service is no longer accessible.
Delete app & re-upload to get it working
APP now works but has too many stages & not straightforward at all, is DT&T a bank now? To get app working, delete the one you have on your phone & re-upload it afresh.
