light went offline after a power outage &now won’t work at all. deleted & reinstalled the app & light & it still doesn’t work! after climbing on the ladder 6 times now I would highly not recommend this product!! Save your money!

App worked great before now after a recent update the lights say ‘device is offline’ tried deleting and re adding can’t get anything to work! Would Revert back to the previous version if I could!

App updated several days ago and now my light won’t work. Tried resetting the light per the light’s manual and nothing. Tried using the app instructions to add a light and nothing. No idea who to contact as the app update has made my “smart” flood light dumb and useless.

Worked for about a week. Now goes offline with blue led lit which means connected to internet but app says offline.Light is not working at all with motion. I guess I’ll have to climb the ladder for a fourth time and just set it up in manual mode. Garbage light, garbage app. Useless in Wi-Fi mode.

No ability to save setting as there is no save anymore. Please change this.

Had a short-term power outage and the lights won’t revert to low brightness; always on high. Did the re-set on the light, but no “save” button on the app. Same issue others are having all starting in August 2019. Please fix; the lights are too bright by the bedroom. Don’t want to shut it off. C’mon, this was initially a great piece of tech!

How in the hell do you make a bad thing even worse? No save button. Now I’m expected to climb up a ladder and reset this piece of crap? On three lights? What kindergarten class is advising you on your product? Perhaps you can be this stupid.

Light is now useless without ability to save settings. Leaving on vacation soon and was hoping for the light to work again as expected.
