bad services in rush hours , don’t depend on it

Its a pretty good thing to offer such a service at a cheap rate.. but i've faced more than 1 hr delays on the service multiple times. if the bus is delayed atleast show that it could be delayed and let the user cancel the ride.🙏

So convenient to and from Metro stations specifically. If the map pick up locations are more specific it could be even better. Been using since a year now and happy to see the service is improving.

This app not helping at all Very hard to use They don’t even think on the shoes of the passenger At least show the bus on the app where it is going at least so you can imagine what you can do Just deleting it now

The buses are very quick with convenient routes and they move way faster than buses and are far cheaper than taxies , I love these and I look forward to take a million more rides me.

Please Fix your system! The pick up place in Business Bay is always confusing, kindly hive the specific are of pick up place and time. We came on time and on the same area where we should be pick up, but the driver have 2mins to cancel us on there system. Its been a Month that the Van were no longer allowed in the business bay metro bus stop, instead they can pick on the opposite side, and now today Oct 26,2024 I have booked the ride and go to the place where we are supposed to be pick, but then again the van driver go to that area where they shouldn’t be allowed. I walked too long from the opposite, when i came inside the van, the driver said he canceled me (LIKE HOW THE H!!) I walked under the Sun without umbrella and tired and sweating Then I get Canceled. I have reach a little late just because I thought they will get to pick up on the area where its should be. before, they said, its not allowed on the other side.. Now we are always waiting on the opposite , then it got changed! I wish you have a customer care hotline or chat option to the driver so we could informed then that we are not late, we are only on the opposite side where they should be picking, and don’t cancel us! Coz it will be another waiting if We will book another ride again! This services is helping but on the other hand its also stressful on waiting the van to arrive or we will guess where the driver will pick us! PUT A WHATSAPP OPTION PLEASE!

Not enough buses in areas so all the time or shows “ we are experiencing a high demand” Also doesn’t not tell the time of destination arrival, which is annoying.
