App doesn’t work.

بعد محاولات كثيره لمتابعة المشروع عبر التطبيق علما انه المشروع ملغي قبل اكثر من ١٠ سنوات كان التطبيق يظهر انه قيد الانشاء . وبعد تحديثه مؤخرا ومتابعة دائرة الاراضي لاسترجاع المبالغ تم طلب التقديم من خلال التطبيق في لجنة المشاريع الملغاه ولكن بدون فائدة حيث لا يمكن تقديم الطلب وبالرغم من تحديث البيانات الا انه اشعارات القضية للمشروع تصل على البيانات القديمة ( والاشعارات بدون تفاصيل ولا تليق بمؤسسة حكومية لدولة الامارات) وعذرا لكن التطبيق لا يليق به نجمه ايضا.

من اسوأ التطبيقات التي استخدمتها في حياتي ولا تعكس للأسف الصورة المعروفة عن حكومة دبي وتوظيفها للمعاملات الرقمية في خدمة قاطنيها

I’m trying to renew my Ejari and it asks me to register, when I do, it always returns an error and doesn’t complete the registration. Now I have to renew it in a typing center and pay double the fee. I can’t fathom how something as simple as registering yourself doesn’t work.

Unbelievable Dubai gov. Who did you hire and pay to do such a horrible job with this app ? Worst ever !!! Trust all the negative reviews. I wish I saw them before attempting to renew my ejari on this joke app

app crashes, payments does not work, API errors happen constantly. The app is not a rocket science. please, hire new team

Not user friendly and low quality design.. missing a lot of functionality.

Unlike many other smart apps especially regarding the emirate of Dubai. Dubai REST application suffers from so many bugs and glitches. It also does not scale correctly to an iPhone. How this application passed quality checks is beyond me, especially since this application is essential to a vital part of Dubai’s real estate market. I can only say: What a shame!

I tried registering by uae pass and emirates id still i get an error. I talk to support they ask me to raise a request which will take 5 days to get an answer.

Renewed my ejari online with this app, easy and convenient 👍🏻
