Very glitchy. Could not get back from T&Cs to booking. Had to start over again. Went to AIB app on phone to confirm payment then back to this app booking had disappeared. Back to start again. Stick to laptop.

Now you can add car park booking etc through the app but I can’t see where you can log into your account and see previous bookings and have all your information there ready to go.

Deleted the app from my phone after a pop up warning ⚠️ on my phone why would this app be tracking my location when not in use ? Very odd .

App crashes when trying to view flight information, very frustrating

Anytime you try to purchase fast track it just times out. It’s been like this for months and was previously reported to customer care.

Almost every button just opens up a web page rather than being natively built in, what’s the point. Maybe build an app that’s features can be used in it.

Previously easy to use app has been destroyed by the latest update. Now has a confusing layout that is headache inducing. Was any UX testing done?

Open go to search flight always app crash! IOS 17.4

Gives you security times, gate info and everything else you could need. I use it for arrivals too. It's always installed on my phone
