I submitted a withdrawal about two weeks ago and after 10 days I was told I needed to send pictures of documentation in order for my withdrawal to be processed. I sent the documents and have not received any response or updates and it has now been nearly 3 weeks since I submitted the withdrawal. They are horrible at communicating and are trying to hold on to my money.

DO NOT DEPOSIT ANY MONEY!!! I seriously think this is some sort of scam. The first day I started playing, I would get match results which felt like maybe they were real and maybe not. Like an idiot I deposited more thinking I would try to win money back and for 3 days I have had matches just sitting waiting for someone to play me. There is no good excuse. There should be a time limit/expiration in the event they cant find enough players to play. I have messaged support a few times now. I had to wait days fo get a response on 2 of them which weren’t even helpful and have 2 still just sitting unanswered.

They just changed the app and how you can bet . You used to be able to bet for $.25 for a chance to win a portion of $61.00 & it changed every 24 hours. Now the lowest bet on some is $.60 and lasting 3 days or it forces you to play other people! It wasn’t that great to begin with but now it’s worse. I’m just spending the last of my money and deleting the app!! If I were you I wouldn’t even bother to add it your inventory!

Just a heads up, I have been playing this game for years. I loved it, and had many, many hours of entertainment from it. When I finally decided to request a payout customer support would not reply to me, and eventually did reply. They said they would grant the withdrawal, that was two weeks ago, with no reply. Stay away.

The games are incredibly rigged and the payouts are extremely shallow. Ill play 10 games of solitaire and in all 10 games, im out of moves to play within the first 30 seconds, forcing me to end the game and take the little points i have, only to find that my competitor had over quadrupled my score. This happens literally every single game. They will throw you an occasional win but it is 100% rigged to always lose.

I deposited money to this app because I found it on Swagbucks. After downloading it I encountered so many glitches that I tried to delete the app but wanted to withdraw my money. They wouldn’t let me withdraw it and told me it was due to money laundering laws. I work in a gambling bar in Las Vegas and am totally aware of money laundering laws. There is no reason for them to keep 25 dollars. Do not deposit money with them as you will not be able to get it back even if you play.

Upon it, not accepting my Visa card for a deposit saying that card was not able to be used I tried deleting my account. then I logged out because it wouldn’t let me delete my account as soon as I logged out they charged me almost 5 dollars for I don’t know what?! How do you charge that Gist told you it wasn’t able to be used hmmmm is that scamming is that a red flag? I wouldn’t trust this game at all. Specially if you can’t even delete your account.

You have to bet $150 to even withdraw $50 AND TOU NEVER GET IT ONCE YOU DO! Games you win do not pay you and some games never have a winner? Waiting forever for 23 games to finish, SOME WERE PLAYED A WEEK AGO! Take your money somewhere else! SCAM!!!!
